OVERVIEW
Are you graduating from college or graduate school and starting a full-time corporate job? Do you already hold a corporate job, but could use some guidance on how to be more successful? Are you currently looking for a summer internship or full-time job and struggling?

WHAT WE OFFER
We offer customized one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions targeted by cohort, such as current college students, recent graduates, individuals rejoining the workforce, and those currently employed in corporate roles of all types and levels. Sessions are held on Zoom.
Latticework offers an overview class on key corporate success factors as well as deep-dives on specific topics. Latticework also partners with organizations to help diagnose and assess critical skill gaps.
Overview sessions provide a clear and tangible set of guiding principles that enable individuals to excel in the corporate world. Participants will feel confident that they have gained the tools needed to hit the ground running and be successful in their roles.

Topics covered in the overview class include how to:
- Produce effective written communications (emails, minutes, presentations of all types)
- Make meaningful contributions during meetings
- Distinguish oneself from others while balancing humility and self-promotion
- Navigate corporate politics
- Accept feedback graciously
- Make effective interpersonal connections
- Cultivate senior sponsors
- Balance career and life outside work

WHO WE ARE
Since receiving both her undergraduate degree and MBA from Harvard, Allison has held senior leadership roles at Bain & Company, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Gartner, and Accenture.
Allison has spent a significant portion of her 25+ year career training and coaching individuals at all levels, from junior analyst to CEO, on how to be successful. She has also conducted sessions on these topics at Harvard Business School.
